We have an exciting opportunity for a full time PA for one of the partners in our Christchurch office.

A generous remuneration package includes:

  • salary range of £23,000 – £27,000, negotiable

Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • clear and accurate production of correspondence, memos, reports etc.
  • regular first point of contact for incoming calls
  • extensive and efficient email correspondence
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • booking and arranging meetings, with occasional organisation of refreshments and booking venues
  • liaising with staff and clients
  • ad hoc tasks to support the partner

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, previous experience in an accountancy firm would be advantageous
  • proficient using Microsoft office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel
  • extremely organised and detail-orientated
  • focused, responsive and able to use initiative
  • excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure
  • fast typing speed
  • professional and polite telephone manner
