We have an exciting opportunity for a full time PA for one of the partners in our Christchurch office.
A generous remuneration package includes:
- salary range of £23,000 – £27,000, negotiable

Key responsibilities of the role are:
- clear and accurate production of correspondence, memos, reports etc.
- regular first point of contact for incoming calls
- extensive and efficient email correspondence
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- booking and arranging meetings, with occasional organisation of refreshments and booking venues
- liaising with staff and clients
- ad hoc tasks to support the partner
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, previous experience in an accountancy firm would be advantageous
- proficient using Microsoft office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel
- extremely organised and detail-orientated
- focused, responsive and able to use initiative
- excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure
- fast typing speed
- professional and polite telephone manner
