Semi-Senior Accountant – East Bristol
We have an exciting opportunity for a Semi-Senior Accountant in our East Bristol office. Key responsibilities are:
- preparation of accounts for limited companies
- preparation of corporation tax returns
- making dividend decisions
- working closely with clients, other members of the accounts team and other departments, including direct contact with the Partners and clients in order to obtain the required information to prepare their accounts
- maintain and update company databases in order to track/ monitor client progress
- The use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- experience with office management software like MS Office (namely Word & Excel)
- strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- experience of CCH, Xero, Quickbooks, Sage would be advantageous but not essential
